It was a typical sunny day in New Orleans when a devil rode into town in silver Mercedes Benz. Pulling up to the front steps of the cities finest hotel, Evan Skye stepped from the expensive vehicle and took his time examining his surroundings. Dressed in a black Armani suit with designer shades covering his sapphire gaze, the young man looked like any other influential business man but his purpose was anything but pleasant. With a flick of his wrist, he tossed his keys to an unsuspecting valet and moved with a smooth stride through the front doors of the Hilton hotel.
Inside the doors waited several men who converged around him and they were soon escorted to the penthouse floor where rooms had been secured. Letting his men see to security, Evan strode to the balcony doors and motioned them opened before stepping out into the bright sunlight. With an eagle eye's view of the city, the young man smiled sinisterly and leaned his arms on the ledge.
Finally.... After all these years, his plans were about to come to fruition. Soon, his sister would be in his grasp and his own bid for immortality would be rewarded. Marissa would no longer be about to escape his clutchs and her blood would flow in sacrifice for his own power.
It was only fitting for all the little bitch had cost him.
When the sound of footprints approached, the handsome young man didn't even bother to cast a glance over his shoulder. He knew it was his second in command and he already knew that he was awaiting orders. He could also feel the fear rolling off the man and it was like candy to his senses.
"You men know what to do... I want my sister found and I want her found yesterday.... No more excuse... no more games. When you find her, I want her taken alive and brought to me. Do you understand?"
From behind him, the giant nodded his head.
"Yes, my lord. It will be done as you command."
Smirking, Evan twisted around to look at the man and then crossed his arms over his chest.
"Do not fail me this time, Gregory.... I do not give third chances. Elliot was the last to disappointment me and I'm sure I do not need to tell you what happened to him....."
Shaking his head wildly, the brute swallowed hard.
"No, my lord... We shall bring her to you."
Nodding, Evan dismissed him and turned back to the city.
"Let the games begin...."
