Description:Nestled above The Sip and Nibble Cafe it's a cozy little loft. There is a small but tidy little kitchen, a small living area that over looks the street in front of the Cafe with a little balcony outside with the traditional New Orleans black, wrought iron railing around it. The bedroom is in the back, with an attached bathroom that is the only modern thing in the place, overlooking the tiny but lovely little back yard and the small inground pool that's in a bean shape. There is a balcony there as well with the wrought iron railing and a small set of steps leading down to the yard that is surrounded by a six-foot brick wall to allow privacy and protection from the alley on the other side.
